Payday Room is a personal finance planning application operated by Gen. A Ishimwe. These terms describe the current service and purchase model.
Planning estimates
You are responsible for checking your balances, dates, and entries. Estimates depend on the information entered and assumed timing. Payday Room does not provide investment, legal, tax, or individual financial advice, move money, pay bills, or guarantee savings or affordability. Contact a qualified professional or bill provider when you need individual help.
Purchase and access
The final product description, purchase price, applicable taxes, and refund terms are shown on the Gumroad listing and checkout. One purchase unlocks one account. You may use the same account on multiple devices. Keep your license key private. A refunded, disabled, disputed, or otherwise invalid purchase may lose access after verification. Rechecks may occur during normal use.
Subscriptions and existing purchases
New subscription options are $19 monthly or $190 yearly when their checkout is available. Both include the personal finance features, subject to service availability and AI usage limits. Manage billing or cancel using your Gumroad receipt. Access continues until the paid billing period ends unless the purchase is refunded, disputed, or invalid. Existing one-time purchases retain their existing purchase rights and are not automatically converted to recurring billing. Access depends on continued operation of this hosted service. Courses and coaching have separate access unless explicitly bundled. Keep regular exports of your plan.
Connected accounts, AI, and reminders
Bank synchronization depends on institution support and Plaid availability and may be delayed. Manual records, loan interest estimates, cash-flow forecasts, and AI answers require your review. AI uses a limited summary only after you agree to send it to OpenAI. It cannot execute transactions or edit records. Calendar reminders require importing the supplied event into your calendar; delivery depends on your calendar settings. Any email reminders require a configured delivery service and your opt-in.
Your records and account
Do not enter another person’s private information without permission. Do not attempt to access someone else’s workspace, share a purchase license as multiple accounts, or abuse the service. You can export and remove your active plan through Settings & backup.
Availability and support
Hosting, sign-in, and purchase verification depend on external services and can be interrupted. Keep a backup when information is important to you.
